Our Purpose
To unlock growth for local and international outsourcing operators while creating pathways to dignified employment for young Nigerian women by strengthening the connections between talent, industry, government, and opportunity
Nigeria has a large and growing workforce, while businesses around the world are looking for people who can support customers, manage business operations, drive sales, deliver technology services and work across digital channels. For many young Nigerian women, however, the path from having potential to finding meaningful formal work remains difficult.

Our Why
We prepare young women aged 18–35 for opportunities in Nigeria's growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and technology-enabled services sector, giving them access to practical, employer-aligned training, assessment and pathways into employment. At the same time, we work with employers, BPO operators, government and other ecosystem partners to strengthen the talent pipelines and wider conditions needed for the sector to grow.
Practical, employer-aligned training and assessment for young women aged 18–35
Pathways into employment in Nigeria's growing BPO and technology-enabled services sector
As global demand for technology-enabled services grows, Nigeria has the potential to participate more strongly in this market, create more formal employment and expand economic participation. TTS Nigeria Program brings the people and institutions needed to make that connection stronger, from young women preparing for work to businesses looking for capable talent and governments working to strengthen their economies.
Why we exist
To unlock growth for local and international outsourcing operators while creating pathways to dignified employment for young Nigerian women by strengthening the connections between talent, industry, government, and opportunity
To position Nigeria as a global destination for technology and technology enabled talent services while expanding access to global employment opportunities for young Nigerian women
To unlock growth pathways for outsourcing operators and young women through purposeful ecosystem collaboration
What guides us
We create pathways that enable underserved and underrepresented Nigerian women to access opportunities across talent development, employment, government partnerships, and the digital economy
We believe every young woman deserves access to meaningful work, fair opportunities, safe workplaces, and the chance to build a sustainable future
We are committed to delivering high-quality programmes, partnerships, and services that create measurable outcomes for participants, employers, and partners
The pilot
Over an 18-month pilot, the program aims to train 30,000 young women and connect at least 25,000 to dignified employment opportunities. It is designed to expand access for women who face additional barriers to formal employment, including women living with disabilities, women from internally displaced communities and nursing mothers.
