Nigeria has a workforce growing faster than the economy can absorb. Turning that demographic growth into productive employment requires stronger skills, stronger industries and stronger partnerships between government and the private sector.
The TTS Nigeria Program supports government to build those connections by strengthening youth employment pathways, developing market relevant talent and bringing industry, government and ecosystem partners together to grow Nigeria's technology enabled services economy.
Become a Partner
The government has a critical role to play in creating the conditions for more Nigerians to participate in the economy and for businesses to create more jobs.
The TTS Nigeria Program works with government institutions to turn shared priorities into practical workforce and industry initiatives.
Bring government and industry closer together to understand workforce needs, identify opportunities and inform practical approaches to technology enabled services and employment.
Support initiatives that expand access to market relevant skills and create clearer pathways into employment for young Nigerians.
Connect the government with businesses, BPO operators, training providers and ecosystem partners to develop and deliver initiatives around shared economic priorities.
How It Works
Government and TTS identify the workforce, employment, policy or ecosystem priority to address.
Relevant government institutions, employers, BPO operators, training providers and ecosystem partners are brought together.
Partners use policy discussions, roundtables, working sessions and stakeholder engagements to develop practical approaches to the identified priority.
Agreed initiatives are translated into workforce programs, employment pathways, ecosystem activities or other areas of collaboration.
Nigeria has the workforce. The opportunity is to build the skills, jobs, partnerships and enabling environment that allow more Nigerians to participate in the economy and help more businesses grow.
If your institution is working on youth employment, workforce development, technology enabled services or public private partnerships, let's build the next opportunity together.
Partners review progress and lessons from implementation to strengthen results and identify opportunities to scale.
